About this wine 

Maxime conducted a semi-carbonic maceration for around 10 days to enhance the Syrah, resulting in a wine that exudes power and stays true to the grape's characteristics, all while preserving finesse and freshness on the palate. Discover the bold yet refined essence of Syrah in this exquisite and lush red wine. 

The grapes comes from the foothills of Mont Ventoux in Vacluse, from a 40-year old parcel. Whole cluster fermentation, no added sulphur and 6 month of aging in old oak barrels.
